Mein Onkel soll das programmieren (Ich bin im pc Bereich leider eine niete)

Was für eine Software ist auf einen Smartphone? Was für eine Programmiersprache muss man

können, html5?

Ich hoffe ich habe keine blöde frage gestellt und freue mich auf eine antwort.
